Rumours but an opportunistic leak for Pico
If the specs are confirmed, the Pico 5 looks to have excellent potential, especially the Pico 5 Pro Max, which appears to be a hybrid between a standalone and a wired one (Direct DisplayPort connection) with mixed reality functionality via its colour Passthough cameras, and its huge resolution of 3840 x 3840 pixels.
Even if these are just rumours, the leak seems well timed and perhaps deliberate on Pico's part to get the word out ahead of the release of the Meta Quest 3 in early October.
