We prefer carriers with an eco-responsible approach 🍃 and our packaging boxes are PackaGreen.
👉 To offer you the best prices, we automatically adapt the delivery methods according to the destination address, weight, size and value of your order. At the delivery method selection stage, only the carriers and rates applicable to your order will appear.

We undertake to process orders on the same day until 4 p.m.

I was absent when my order was delivered...
If you are absent 😕 when your parcel is delivered, there are several possible solutions:
- deposit in your letterbox, provided that your parcel does not require delivery against a signature and that its dimensions allow this,
- delivery to a person present at your address,
- rescheduling your delivery if this has been offered to you,
- held in the office indicated on the notice left in your letterbox 📍.
Your parcel will be held there for 15 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice was left. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
My order is being delivered late. What should I do?

Can I have my order delivered abroad?
Via the website: We only deliver within Europe 📦.
For orders outside Europe, please contact our sales department.
How can I track my order?
Simply retrieve your order confirmation email and click on "View your order" to track your parcel 🔎 (Tracking number).
Returns and refunds?
You have 14 days (consumer withdrawal period*) to return an item if it doesn't suit you from the time of delivery. It's normal, you can make a mistake or not be satisfied, it's good of you to tell us 🙂.
👉 1- Declare your return request (by contacting us).
2- We trigger the returns process.
3- Send your parcel according to our return information (step 2).
4- Check the parcel in our logistics agency, then initiate the refund process (depending on your payment method).
