The VIVE Pro headset cable connects a VIVE Pro / Pro Eye headset to the Link Box for VIVE Pro. This product is the official VIVE replacement cable and is 5 metres long.

Symptoms of a damaged cable :

• Intermittent cuts in the screen (black).
• Appearance of random pixels all over the screen.

❤️ How can you maximise the life of your cable ?

Cables don't like to be twisted, so the Vive Pro's cable can be under a lot of strain during your roomscale VR experience.

As you move, you'll end up straining the cable, forcing it to twist just after the cable passes through the back of the head strap.

To maximise the durability of your connecting cable, get into the habit of regularly :

- Untwist the cable by holding the headset in your hands at the start or end of each session. Simply hold the VIVE Pro by the strap then (gently) stretch the cable so that you are as far away from the Linkbox as possible and turn the device in a circle to undo the twist.
- You can also undo the torsion by disconnecting the cable from the linkbox.
- Avoid always turning in the same direction during a game session.
