🪃 How do I return an item ?
You have 14 days (consumer withdrawal period) to return an item if it does not suit you from its delivery. It's normal, we can make a mistake or not be satisfied, it's good to tell us.

2- We will initiate the return process.
3- Send your package according to our return information (step 2).
4- Check the parcel in our logistic agency and then trigger the refund (according to your original payment method).
